Mission of the project

Everyone can benefit from a Mind-Body Skills Group! As a result, groups are comprised of adults of all ages and all types of backgrounds - people who are seeking support in making changes in their lives, whether the desire is to decrease stress, increase coping skills, manage anxiety or depression more effectively, or any number of other concerns. These groups are great to take on your own, but they are also excellent workplace wellness offerings by employers to help their staff cope and perform better under stressful work situations.
